Board of Supervisors Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Chapter 11, 15.2-2204 of the Code of Virginia as amended, that the Northumberland County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on July 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. in order to consider the following:

1) Request by Jeffery B. Webster and Lily C. Lin owners, for a change in zoning district classification to rezone Tax Map Parcel #27-(1)-127 from Residential, General (R-1) to Agriculture (A-1), in order to raise livestock (sheep goats, poultry, etc). The aforesaid tax map parcel is located on Rt. 640 (Hull Neck Road) at 1092 Hull Neck Road, Heathsville, VA. Tax parcel #27-(1)-127 is comprised of 18.41 acres. The tax parcel is located in the Fairfields Magisterial District.
