Board of Supervisors Public Hearing - February 8, 2024

The Board of Supervisors of the County of Northumberland County, Virginia will hold a public hearing to receive public input regarding a proposed ordinance to consider the designation of the Callao Hometown Community Association, Inc. as tax-exempt from local real and personal property tax.  The assessed value of the property being considered for tax exemption is listed below:

Real Property:

Tax Map # 8B(1)100  – assessed value $120,300 : current real estate tax $733.83

TOTAL REAL ESTATE TAX: $733.83

Personal Property:  
none

The public hearing will be held Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in the Northumberland County Courts Building at 220 Judicial Place adjacent to the Sheriff’s Department in Heathsville, VA for the purpose of adopting an ordinance.
